Project Architect for a $350 million mixed-use, 750-unit development with 11 buildings on 12 acres. Complete systems coordination, from site lighting and drainage to coordination of mechanical and plumbing systems and green roofs. A structural BIM was used to route piping and duct work. The first two phases of the project were done with traditional CAD, but the third phase was completed with a BIM (Building Information Model)
