Lead BIM Architect for the restoration of the Mies van der Rohe designed Chicago Federal Center Plaza. Pioneering the use of 3D laser scanning technology to create a historical record of existing conditions The project involved the deconstruction, restoration and replacement of the waterproofing system, and reinstallation of the entire granite paver plaza. A Revit BIM model was used to generate construction documents, as well as developing a spatial model to be utilized by the GSA for facilities management. AIA award recipient.
